What this service is
We arrange tarot readings. You describe a situation in chat, a human reader draws physical cards, and you receive a written reading. The write-up is composed with the help of an AI language model, working from the cards your reader drew and what you told us.
For entertainment and reflection only
Readings are offered for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not advice of any kind: not medical, not psychological, not legal, not financial, and not advice of any other kind. They must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
A reading does not predict the future, does not diagnose any condition, and does not guarantee any outcome. Nothing in a reading is a statement of fact about your circumstances, about any other person, or about anything that has happened or will happen. What you do with a reading, and every decision you make after one, is your own.
We do not offer readings that ask us to make findings about a third party who has not asked for one, and we do not offer readings on medical, legal or financial questions. We may decline any request at our discretion.
If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis line rather than waiting for a reading. We are not a crisis service and cannot respond quickly.
You must be at least 18 to use this service.
What we ask of you
- Do not send us other people's personal information.
- Do not use the service to harass anyone, including our reader.
- Understand that a real person reads what you write.
Timing and availability
Readings are prepared by a human, so they take time. A few hours is typical. We do not guarantee a delivery time, and the service may be unavailable.
Price and payment
A reading may be offered free of charge or for a price. Where a reading has a price, that price and the ways you can pay it are shown to you before you pay, and the price shown to you then is the price for that reading. You are never charged for a reading you did not agree to pay for.
We may change what we charge, and we may offer readings free of charge, at any time. A change never applies to a reading you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you have paid for a reading and we do not deliver it, you get your money back.
Where you paid through a marketplace or another platform, that platform's own refund and cancellation rules apply alongside these terms, and you may have rights under the consumer law where you live that these terms cannot take away.
Readings are for entertainment and reflection and no outcome is guaranteed, so disagreeing with what a reading says is not by itself a failure to deliver one. Anything other than non-delivery we look at case by case. Write to us at the address below.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. See Data Deletion. We may decline service at our discretion, in particular where these terms are broken.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
