Who we are
Cat Max Tarot is a small personal project, run by an individual reader based in Thailand. It is not a registered company. You can reach us at info@catmaxtarot.com, which is also where to write about anything on this page.
What we collect
- A messaging account identifier. When you message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or LINE, we store the per-application identifier that platform gives us (for example a Facebook PSID or Instagram IGSID) so we can reply to you. We do not receive your email address, phone number or password.
- Your display name, where the platform provides it.
- What you write to us — the situation or question you describe, and your answer to the follow-up question we ask.
- The reading we produce for you, and the cards drawn.
- A short summary of emotional themes derived from your reading (a theme, a tone, a key situation, and an intensity score), so that a later reading can take account of what you have told us before.
How we use it
- To ask a relevant follow-up question.
- To let our reader draw and interpret physical cards for you. A person reads what you wrote and draws a real deck.
- To write up that reading. The cards your reader drew, together with what you told us, are sent to an AI language model that composes the written reading you receive.
- To give continuity between your readings, using the emotional summary described above.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else processes it
- An AI language model provider — the service that writes up your reading. What you wrote to us, the cards drawn, and the emotional summary are transmitted to it for processing.
- The messaging platform you chose (Meta, Telegram or LINE), which carries the messages and applies its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the database.
How long we keep it
We keep your readings and the associated emotional summary until you ask us to delete them. See Data Deletion.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@catmaxtarot.com, or follow the steps on Data Deletion.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
